• Employee data management
• Time and attendance tracking
• Payroll processing integration
• Performance management tools
• Recruitment and onboarding features

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 18 years or older to use this Service

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Your Data

• You retain all rights to your data
• We process data according to your instructions
• We implement appropriate security measures

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime as specified in our Service Level Agreement.

Fees and Payment

Subscription Fees

• Fees are specified in your subscription plan
• Billing is monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

Price Changes

• We may change fees with 30 days notice
• Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
