Consequences of Violations

First Violation

  • Warning email
  • Request to cease prohibited activity
  • 24-48 hours to comply

Repeat or Serious Violations

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Termination of service
  • No refund of fees
  • Legal action if applicable
  • Report to law enforcement if criminal activity
