Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using OfficeOne Solution, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OfficeOne Solution (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service (OfficeOne).
2. Description of Service
OfficeOne Solution is a cloud-based workforce management platform providing employee data management, time and attendance tracking, scheduling, expense management, asset management, and reporting and analytics.
3. Account Registration
You Shall provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at
legal@Office1Solution.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service (OfficeOne) to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property, transmit harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only as directed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other’s proprietary information and not to disclose it to third parties without written consent.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.999% uptime as described in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, officeone solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
