Reset Password

For those who have forgotten their password or wish to change it, a fast and secure method has been set up to reset the account password.

How to Change the Password When Logged In

A new password can be created by clicking the avatar, selecting Profile Settings, and then navigating to the Account Access tab.

The password must contain:

• A minimum of 10 characters
• An uppercase character
• A lowercase character
• A number
• A special character
• Must not be the same as previous passwords

Account security is taken seriously, and it is suggested to regularly change the password.
