• Login credentials (passwords are encrypted) 

Workforce Data (Processed on Behalf of Employers) 

• Employee profiles, job titles, departments 
• Time and attendance records 
• Leave balances and requests 
• Expense submissions and receipts 
• Asset assignments 

Usage Data 

• Log data, IP addresses, browser type 
• Pages visited, features used, session duration 
• Device information

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, Azure AD authentication, and regular security audits. 

9. International Transfers 

Data is stored and processed in Microsoft Azure data centers. For EU customers, transfers comply with GDPR requirements including Standard Contractual Clauses.
